Welcome to JayShow Studios. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, booking forms, products, and photography services. By booking a service with JayShow Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

a. Clients must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to book services.

b. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking date and time. Bookings are not considered confirmed until the required deposit or payment has been received.

c. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid according to the payment schedule selected at booking.

d. Failure to submit final payment by the agreed deadline may result in delayed delivery of photographs.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

a. Clients may request to reschedule a session or event subject to photographer availability.

b. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date when approved by JayShow Studios.

c. JayShow Studios reserves the right to reschedule services due to emergencies, illness, severe weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

3. Photography Coverage

a. JayShow Studios will make every reasonable effort to capture important moments and requested photographs; however, no specific image, pose, guest, or moment can be guaranteed.

b. Clients are encouraged to communicate important moments, individuals, performances, traditions, and special requests through the booking form.

c. If an event includes multiple locations, the client is responsible for providing an accurate schedule and location details prior to the event.

4. Image Delivery

a. Final images will be delivered through an online gallery, digital download, USB drive, or other agreed-upon delivery method.

b. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the type and size of the project.

c. Downloading and backing up delivered files is the responsibility of the client.

d. JayShow Studios recommends downloading and saving all images immediately upon delivery.

5. Copyright & Personal Use License

a. JayShow Studios retains full copyright ownership of all photographs and visual content created during any session or event.

b. Clients receive a personal-use license to download, share, print, and display delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

c. Images may not be sold, altered, submitted to contests, used in advertising, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from JayShow Studios.

6. Promotional Use of Images

a. JayShow Studios may use photographs and visual content for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, advertising, educational, and promotional purposes.

b. Clients who wish to keep their images private must notify JayShow Studios in writing prior to the scheduled session or event.

c. Private gallery services restrict public access to client galleries but do not automatically revoke promotional usage rights.

7. Client Responsibilities

a. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, venue approvals, permits, or authorization required for photography at their chosen location.

b. Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, schedules, contact information, and special requests.

c. Clients agree to conduct themselves and their guests in a respectful manner throughout the session or event.

8. Limitation of Liability

a. JayShow Studios shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, acts of nature, transportation delays, or other unforeseen events.

b. In the unlikely event that photographs are lost, damaged, corrupted, or otherwise unavailable due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected service.

9. Website & Intellectual Property

a. All content on the JayShow Studios website, including photographs, logos, graphics, branding, text, and visual materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

b. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without written permission from JayShow Studios.

10. Privacy

a. Client information submitted through our website, booking forms, galleries, and communications will be used solely for business operations and client services.

b. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located within Maryland.

12. Changes to Terms

JayShow Studios reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on our website.
