1. How do I view the event photos?

You can browse all watermarked photos for free through the Preview Pass. Just click "View Photos" to get started.

2. How do I download my photos after purchasing?

After purchase, you'll receive access to the gallery to view and download your photos. Unlimited download access will be provided through our private Google Drive gallery.

3. What if I appear in group photos?

If you appear in group photos, you'll be able to download those with the Standard or Crew Pass. Solo Pass access includes only the photos where you are the only subject in the frame.

4. Are the downloads high-resolution?

• Standard Pass offers web-optimized quality, perfect for social media.

• Solo and Crew Passes deliver full-resolution, high-quality images suitable for printing and professional sharing.

5. How long will the photos be available?

The Preview Pass and Standard Pass will be available for viewing and download through December 31, 2026 & the Solo and Crew Pass will be available for viewing and downloading through December 31, 2025. We recommend downloading your images as soon as possible to ensure you have a personal copy.

6. How quickly will I get access after purchasing?

Access will be granted within 24 hours after your purchase and form submission. You'll receive a confirmation email once your access has been set up.
